Add and edit holdings, rebalance portfolio, improved price fetching

Holdings can now be added directly from the holdings tab without going through the previous "Contribute" tab. Additional details can be edited for holdings. Thanks to barbhaya for catching a big import mistake that they couldn't edit.

The previous "Contribute" tab is now available from the Porfolio page as the "Rebalance" tab.
